- 300 seat theatre-style Whare Wananga (house of learning) overlooking a fortified Pa Site, 300 seat Whare Waka building located next to the Maori Village and featuring 6 x 42 inch plasma flat screens for presentations
- Two existing Whare Kai (dining rooms) can cater up to 350 pax
